I have developed a new institutional discipline for hospitality development, structured around enduring Conditions of Life and supported by the governance, protection and project intelligence required for long-term application.
Governed Hospitality Systems provide investors and their professional teams with a coherent institutional architecture within which hospitality projects can be conceived, developed and implemented.

It supports architects, interior designers, project managers, engineers, operators, cost consultants and development teams in interpreting and applying the system within their areas of responsibility.

CVS AI is my institutional intelligence environment for creating and developing Governed Hospitality Systems and Governed Real Estate Systems.
It applies my proprietary methodologies to the development of concepts, institutional frameworks and coordinated corpora.
